Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing donors, social media platforms and creating digital content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Bangla
  • Basic photography and videography skills; ability to produce social media-ready content.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Canva, or other design and editing tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of health, humanitarian, or gender issues is preferred.


Responsibilities & Context:

Donor Communications and Reporting

  • Contribute to the development of donor reports by gathering field updates, success stories, and visual documentation.

  • Draft communication pieces for donor updates, newsletters, and visibility reports in coordination with program and M&E teams.

  • Support timely and high-quality correspondence with donors and partners, including updates, acknowledgments, and promotional briefs.

Media and Public Relations

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local, national, and international media outlets.

  • Draft and disseminate press releases, media briefs, success stories, and public statements.

  • Organize and coordinate media coverage for events, field visits, emergencies, and special campaigns.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Hope’s digital presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Create and schedule engaging multimedia content including stories, graphics, videos, and info-graphic.

  • Analyze social media metrics to evaluate engagement, reach, and content performance; adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Development

  • Write compelling human-interest stories, case studies, newsletters, blogs, and feature articles highlighting program impact.

  • Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital campaigns.

  • Ensure alignment of all content with Hope’s brand identity, donor visibility standards, and ethical guidelines.

Internal Communications & Visibility

  • Document and promote key organizational milestones including health campaigns, training programs, outreach activities, and graduation ceremonies.

  • Regularly collect and archive photos, videos, testimonials, and project data in coordination with field teams.

  • Provide communication support for internal briefings, staff newsletters, and cross-team collaboration.

Campaigns & Advocacy Support

  • Assist in planning and implementing campaigns for health awareness, women’s empowerment, humanitarian response, and global health days.

  • Provide communication support during donor visits, delegation tours, advocacy events, and emergency response initiatives.
