∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Social Science from any reputed institution.
∎ Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience as communication experts in the development field.
∎ Skilled in developing BCC strategy, writing success stories, best practices, case studies etc.
∎ Have ability to design, develop and implement various communication campaigns, promotional events and BCC materials on Family Planning and Reproductive Health, maternal, child and adolescent nutrition, health and hygiene issues including gender-based violence, child marriage etc.
∎ Capable to work closely with GOB (DGFP/DGHS/MOHFW), donors, NGOs/INGOs.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Office application suite.
