Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Social Since, English, or any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will provide the content across social media channels. Accordingly, responsible for responding to comments and tap the opportunities to increase the brand exposure for her/his assigned audience.
∎ Design and implement social media strategy aligning with the organisation/project/programme goal and target.
∎ Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (news, reports, blogs in English and Bangla).
∎ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner.
∎ Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
∎ Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover and profile pictures).
∎ Closely work with International Communications Team of Practical Action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ 3-4 years' proven experience in communication and social media management in any reputed organisation, preferably in I/NGO and WASH thematic area.
∎ Fluency in writing and speaking in English and Bangla.
∎ Skill in writing contents - knowledge materials, social media contents, blogs, reports
∎ Skill in still photography and videography with producing short video using laptop-based editing software.
∎ Experience in media relation and management
Salary: Tk. 56234 (Monthly)
