Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to those who have degree in journalism, communications, marketing, fine arts, or a related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage social media posts and contents (Planning and execution)
∎ Prepare plans, campaigns to boost, highlight BHB activities both online and offline.
∎ Bring innovation to showcase BHB projects activities to reach mass population through blogs,
∎ video contents, graphical representations of trending social networking sites and resource centers.
∎ Create BHB YouTube channel, upload contents and maintenance
∎ Manage page boost with vendor and replies to queries online.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Orientation with BHB project activities
∎ Basic understanding on retail pharmaceutical sector in Bangladesh
∎ Working experience in social media marketing, graphic designing, illustrators, photoshop
∎ Personal computer with configuration to use different editing software
∎ In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
∎ etc.) and how they can be deployed.
∎ 6. Excellent writing (Bangla and English), editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
∎ Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
∎ Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
∎ Positive learning attitude
∎ Good technical understanding and learn new hardware and software, when needed
∎ Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
