Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients or accounts by serving as their primary point of contact.
∎ Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and exceed their expectations.
∎ Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and client retention.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and objectives are aligned.
∎ Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to review account performance, identify opportunities, and address any concerns.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
∎ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize revenue and business expansion.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business and renewals.
∎ Monitor and analyze key account metrics, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market share, and provide regular reports to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good English speak/write skill
∎ Undergraduate Education, Bachelor degree.
∎ Work experience in RMG factory at the commercial department.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
