∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Good knowledge of the Customs Import Policy, Bond formalities and Customs Tariff HS code for Import of Woven Fabrics & Related Accessories.
∎ At least 2-5 years Experience on Import of Woven Fabrics & Accessories
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fabrics & Accessories PI Checking- Goods description & HS Code need to match as Customs Tarrif & Bond AllotmentImport
∎ Import document- mail to supplier & Marketing team for checking draft doc before shipment & cross check fulldocument to match with PI & U/D
∎ Maintain all correspondence & Communication to the Supplier, Forwarder, Courier, Bank, C&F, Transport Etc.
∎ Import document must be share to Store team 7-10 days before delivery
∎ Import data must share to Merchant team weekly basis in end of week
∎ C&F Agent and Transport handlingImport
∎ Import Bill of Entry Collection timely & copy share to Bank & VAT Team
∎ All type of Import of C&F/Transport/Forwarder/Courier need primary checking
∎ Prepare necessary statements and reports as per management's requirements
