Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

• Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.

• 5 to 8 years

• Age 32 to 45 years
• Only Male

• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or banking role, preferably in import-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of trade finance, LC documentation, and shipping/logistics procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

• Manage the entire import process, including LC opening, amendments, and negotiation.
• Liaise with local and international banks for trade finance and related documentation.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all commercial documents (PI, LC, B/L, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents for smooth logistics and clearance.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Maintain records of all import transactions and reconcile payments with finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with national and international trade regulations and company policies.
