Responsibilities & Context:
1) Import Management: Import fabric, yarn, trims, and accessories.
2) Export Management: Manage export documentation and shipments.
3) UD Management: Prepare and maintain UD and BGMEA documents.
4) Bond Management: Maintain Bond records and bonded warehouse compliance.
5) Customs Management: Handle import-export customs clearance.
6) Duty and Tax Management: Ensure applicable duty and tax compliance.
7) Cash Incentive: Process eligible export cash incentive claims.
8) Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate factory, Chattogram Port, ICD, and airport shipments.
9) Freight Management: Coordinate shipping lines, forwarders, and C&F agents.
10) Airport Customs: Handle airfreight customs clearance.
11) Banking Operations: Manage L/C, Back-to-Back L/C, and bank documentation.
12) Export Proceeds: Monitor export bill submission and payment realization.
13) Import Payments: Manage supplier payments and import liabilities.
14) Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with BGMEA, Bangladesh Bank, and Customs.
15) Shipment Planning: Ensure timely shipment according to buyer deadlines.
16) Documentation: Manage invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, EXP, and related documents.
17) Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile imported materials, consumption, wastage, and exports.
18) Compliance & Audit: Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
19) Cost Control: Optimize freight, clearance, and commercial costs.
20) Team Management: Lead the Commercial team and coordinate with other departments.
