Job Context:
∎ We are seeking hardworking, smart, talent and talented person who, in the capacity of Executive - Commercial at our Dhaka Office.
∎ The Commercial Executive holds the accountability for managing all commercial and shipping aspects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and updating the database with accurate and timely information of shipping documents.
∎ Organizing and maintaining data and records
∎ Good knowledge in ERP system
∎ Collect compile and evaluate necessary data and generate MIS report on a daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Make commercial invoice and packing list.
∎ Checking final shipping documents.
∎ Any other task assigns by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as web-based work.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
