Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors in English literature from any public university, EWU, BRAC, NSU and IUB.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Commercial Related Activities.
∎ Making all Export Document and Invoice Packing List.
∎ Prepare Bill of lading for Forwarding, Co Certificate, Export/Re-export certificate & others export related certificates.
∎ Dummy BL cheek & confirm to shipping line.
∎ Booking placement and uploading shipments docs in online system for forwarders and buyers.
∎ Corresponding with the buyers, C&F, Forwarders and shipping line independently.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistics, CS as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Preparing all export document submitting for Bank.
∎ Regular liaison with the bank for the PRC in regards of incentive files and other documents.
∎ Preparing documents for cash BTMA application & collection from yarn supplier.
∎ Export documents, prepare to submit cash incentive application in the bank.
∎ Capable to prepare form "Ka to Gha" & cost breakdown.
∎ Utilization of cash incentive rules Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Capable to liaison with audit firm to meet query & get certified.
∎ Weekly and monthly report of incentive claim & due status.
∎ Any other activities as instructed by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher is encouraged to apply
∎ Applicant must have a good command in English
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills in both written and speaking in English
∎ Smart, Energetic, Self Motivated
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint with good typing speed.
∎ Software proficiency is needed.
