Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
Training or certification in Data Analytics, Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, or Business Intelligence tools is a strong advantage.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years
Data management, reporting, and analytics in a supply chain or logistics environment.
Working with senior management to prepare performance dashboards and presentations.
Import/Export operations and commercial documentation.
MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, dashboards).
Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive).
PowerPoint for professional presentations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and update the daily job register for all ports.
Provide summary reports and insights to highlight bottlenecks, trends, or urgent issues.
Regularly update shipment status and related details in Google Sheets, internal apps, and databases.
Ensure real-time visibility and accuracy for all stakeholders.
Prepare and update the demurrage report with vessel-wise and item-wise details.
Support cost-control by highlighting high-risk consignments and delays.
Create PowerPoint presentations summarizing key commercial data, insights, and performance metrics.
Present meaningful visual analysis to support management reviews.
Check import/commercial documents for accuracy and SOP compliance.
Maintain a structured digital archive of all documents in the central server.
Analyze large sets of commercial data using Excel/Power BI.
