∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in MARKETING
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the issuance of vouchers to the customer
∎ Communicate with the customers over phone daily, and ensure the collection of payments from customers.
∎ Visit the customers for collection if necessary as per recovery plan.
∎ Investigate historical data for outstanding receivables.
∎ Find and contact customers to ensure repayment of overdue liability.
∎ Resolve and expedite billing and customer credit issues coordinating with other divisions, if required.
∎ Prepare Collection and Recovery Reports on a regular basis, as desired by the supervisor.
∎ Assist supervisor in any Recovery crisis, and / or any critical matter.
∎ Prepare daily time wise work plan, weekly collection plan, monthly tour plan for recovery and submit to supervisor.
∎ Coordination with Sales and Marketing Team and the Record Keeping Officers
∎ Achieve collection target as set by the Management for a specific period
∎ Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.
