∎ Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth and expand the company's footprint.
∎ Market Positioning: Position the company’s engineering solutions effectively in the market, emphasizing competitive advantages and unique selling propositions.
∎ Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement sales strategies tailored to engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
∎ Sales Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs, and providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
∎ Customer Acquisition: Oversee the acquisition of new customers and markets, leveraging relationships and networks to drive sales growth.
∎ Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets and optimize performance.
∎ Solution Design & Presentation: Collaborate with sales engineers and technical teams to design and present engineering solutions that meet customer needs and address complex technical requirements.
∎ Technical Expertise: Provide high-level technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers, ensuring a deep understanding of product capabilities and applications.
∎ Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of detailed proposals and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
∎ Key Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
∎ Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
∎ Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
