Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
∎ Taking ownership of the Sales Team's day to day activities management through the channels
∎ Leading management through process orientation
∎ Tracking successful conversion
∎ Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
∎ Guiding the management of the field team on a regular basis to make them more efficient and increase daily sales capacity
∎ Organizing and conducting training and improvements to increase the conversion ratios
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator will be considered a plus
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office)
∎ Hardworking & long time engagement with the field on daily basis
Salary:
∎ 35,000 - 50,000 BDT (Depends on Experience)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Travel Allowance, Mobile Bill, Festival Bonus (As per company policy)
