Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA in Marketing or related field from any reputed university or equivalent
∎ Educational Qualifications will be relaxed if you have significant and practical work experience to compensate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have ability to work at night between 8 pm to 2 am (Bangladesh time)
∎ Should have excellent verbal communication skills with US Accent
∎ Setup appointment with Doctor to the potential leads from call center by using scheduling app
∎ After appointment initiating sales with leads over the phone
∎ Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales
∎ Keeping up to date on all products and answering customers' questions on the products
∎ Manage the leads coming from the call center
∎ Analyze call center leads and prepare reports for the management
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan
∎ Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage
∎ Should have very strong analysis and synthesis skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience as a Telesales Representative or a similar position in the Sales department
∎ Experience working with USA clients preferred
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Flexible work schedule including work from home as needed
∎ Five working days per week Monday to Thursday (8pm to 2am)
∎ Friendly and business casual work environment
