∎ Must have the ability to generate client leads independently
∎ Must be able to create and present client proposals professionally
∎ Comfortable working under monthly targets and performance pressure
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media boosting, and client management
∎ Proficient in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Email, and communication tools
∎ Must be confident and presentable for regular client visits

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate and manage new client leads across industries like fashion, beauty, Cosmetics, Agro, Food & Beverage, real estate, travel, and others·
∎ Communicate with clients via phone, inbox, WhatsApp, and email
∎ Prepare and deliver client presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or PDF
∎ Work actively to achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
∎ Visit 10–15 new and old clients each week (physically or virtually) to build relationships and generate business
∎ Coordinate internally with the creative and production teams
∎ Maintain lead tracking sheets and submit weekly performance reports
