Darrao Digital is looking for a Client Relationship Manager Intern who’s confident, communicative, and eager to learn the ropes of working with clients in a creative digital agency.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a link between clients and our internal design/development teams
• Join client calls and confidently present project updates or ideas
• Assist in onboarding new clients and gathering project requirements
• Support the team in organizing timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Keep client communication smooth, timely, and professional
• Maintain organized project documentation and client records

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• A clear, confident communicator in both spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking on camera and during live presentations
• Friendly, professional, and good at building trust with clients
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks or conversations
• Familiar with collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Notion, etc.
• Interested in web design, digital marketing, or creative project management
• Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field — or just passionate about client work!
