Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
Basic computer skills for calls, emails and record-keeping.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in student counseling is a plus.
Candidates residing in Uttara will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM plus Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM | 7 days a week

Job Responsibilities:
Attend client/student calls and respond to inquiries.
Counsel students on courses and programs.
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Collect enrollment fees and follow up with clients.
Coordinate with instructors regarding classes and schedules.
Maintain accurate records and update student progress.
