Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain professional relationships with foreign clients
∎ Acquire a thorough understanding of client's needs
∎ Provide accurate information and ensure quality services to clients
∎ Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
∎ Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively, applying critical thinking and analytical skills to find effective solutions
∎ Generate more business opportunities for clients
∎ Meeting deadlines and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ CGPA 3 and above (for fresh graduates) / 2-3 years of job experience
∎ High proficiency in English (i.e., speaking, listening, writing, and reading)
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
∎ Decision-making ability and customer-oriented attitude
∎ Candidates with prior experience in business development, sales, or client management are preferred
∎ Candidates having experience in student club activities or winning business competitions are preferred
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary depends on your experience and skills.
