∎ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ A target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
∎ Provide professional guidance and suggestions tailored to client expectations.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Identify and convert potential leads into successful projects.
∎ Work with the design and costing team to prepare customized proposals and present them to clients.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
∎ Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
∎ Collect client feedback post-project and use insights to improve future sales strategies.
∎ Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue performance.
