Education:
Certification in Cleaning Operations, Housekeeping, Facility Management, or related fields.
BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) Certification — Strongly Preferred / Mandatory for higher scale.

Additional Requirements:

Age not more than 55 years.
Minimum of 3–5 years of practical industrial/commercial cleaning experience.
Familiarity with NTVQF Level 1/2/3 (Cleaning/Housekeeping).
Experience with Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) methodology.
Strong communication, leadership, and class management skills.
Understanding of safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct hands-on training on cleaning techniques, housekeeping standards, sanitation, and equipment handling.
Prepare lesson plans and training materials following CBT&A methodology.
Deliver training aligned with NTVQF Level 1/2/3 standards.
Demonstrate correct use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and machinery.
Teach international cleaning standards as per BICS guidelines.
Conduct practical assessments and provide structured feedback.
Maintain and manage cleaning equipment to ensure safe operation.
Stay updated on global cleaning industry best practices.
Maintain an engaging and professional training environment.
