Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Teaching professional, the position will be responsible for delivering high quality and engaging sessions at our learning centers during Q/A sessions to the students. This will include working alongside other highly experienced senior teachers and helping groom the students. You'll play a key role in bringing innovation and creativity to make learning and teaching simple.
∎ Assisting the senior teacher in conducting the classes;
∎ Conduct Q/A sessions;
∎ Responding to inquiries from students during classes;
∎ Ensuring all teaching materials are ready before the classes;
∎ Communicating with the senior teachers to ensure workflow efficiency;
∎ Documenting students feedback and assisting the senior teacher in planning for the classes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as a private tutor for SSC and HSC students focused on the Bengali medium Bangladeshi National Curriculum is mandatory;
∎ Have completed SSC or HSC on any academic routes;
∎ Have a bachelor's degree from a top tier local university; 3rd/4th year students can also apply;
∎ Passionate about teaching and learning and working for a leading globally backed EdTech;
∎ Have advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office;
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet demanding timelines and commercial targets but not compromising on the quality of work;
∎ Should be a proactive team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills;
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly Inflation Adjustment
