• Ensuring proper utilization of capital goods, machinery, etc.
• Determining work methods that result in improved efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
• To place a report to the concerned authority from time to time.

• Maintain strong honesty, Integrity, reliability and accountability to the organization.·       

• Should have sound knowledge in Land project, project management systems of Residential & high-rise buildings having multiple basements, safety security.

• Strong AutoCAD knowledge and the ability to design implementation with it.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Road Construction, Ready Mix Concrete, Site Engineer, Site Management, and Supervision.

• Highly skilled in quality construction with minimum cost and time.

• Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.

• Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.

• Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality and stock control.

• Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes, and other regulations
