Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the construction, renovation, and maintenance of garment factory buildings.
Ensure factory infrastructure complies with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
Conduct structural inspections and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
Plan and supervise the installation of utilities, including water supply, drainage, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Work closely with contractors, architects, and factory management to execute projects efficiently.
Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality to ensure successful completion.
Ensure proper structural support for machinery and production facilities.
Maintain documentation of building plans, permits, and compliance reports.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
2-5 years of experience in factory construction, maintenance, or industrial projects (Garments/Textile industry preferred).
Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and factory safety regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar structural design software.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of fire safety, load-bearing structures, and environmental compliance.
