• Oversee the construction, renovation, and maintenance of garment factory buildings.

• Ensure factory infrastructure complies with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct structural inspections and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.

• Plan and supervise the installation of utilities, including water supply, drainage, HVAC, and electrical systems.

• Work closely with contractors, architects, and factory management to execute projects efficiently.

• Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality to ensure successful completion.

• Ensure proper structural support for machinery and production facilities.

• Maintain documentation of building plans, permits, and compliance reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• 2-5 years of experience in factory construction, maintenance, or industrial projects (Garments/Textile industry preferred).

• Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and factory safety regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar structural design software.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of fire safety, load-bearing structures, and environmental compliance.
