• B. Sc Engineering (Civil) from any recognized university accredited with The Institute of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB)

• At least 5 years

• Experienced applicants would be given more priority.
  Ability to work under pressure.

• Have good communication skills.

• Must be physically fit.

• Ability to lead a Team.

Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge on structural issues as per BNBC CODE.

• Skill in mathematics for preparation of various estimates.

• Skilled in MS Word & MS Excel.

• Ability to run and operate AUTOCAD, ETABS, SAP, STAAD PRO & SAFE.

• 90 days Monitoring Report (Nirapon) to be made every day.

• Proper knowledge on RSC Code & dealing with RSC Auditor.

• Must have excellent skill in preparing reports. Organize appropriate documentation supporting evaluations and analysis.

• Plan and schedule own work to meet assignment requirements within schedule.

• Supervision & monitoring of Engineering works.

• Ensuring quality control, in time completion of various activities maintaining standards & specifications.

• Keeping track record of all activities.

• Should be able to prepare Bills and reports according to Engineering works.

• Clear understanding of Architectural & Engineering Drawings & Detailing and Engineering Testing Report.

• Preparing work plans and periodical reports.

• Ensuring proper utilization of budget and other resources.

• Ensuring smooth operation of engineering testing activities and proper co-ordination between intra-organizational teams.

• Routine inspection and monitoring of activities of operation team, drawing and design section.

• Solving any engineering related problems that arise at the corresponding related works.

• Basic knowledge about BNBC and ACI Codes.

• Load Plan implementation & Live Load monitoring report to be made every day.
