Working experience allow only within Dhaka city

Workplace Work at office - 50% & side - 50%Employment

Status: Full Time Job Location: Dhaka

Project Planning

• Preparing project plan and obtaining necessary approval from RAJUK / Related Authorities.

• Preparing architectural and structural design/drawing and obtaining necessary approval.

• Preparing construction schedules and work plans.

• Estimate materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.

• Preparing BOQ and project budget.

Site Supervision

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

• Ensure work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Monitor labor, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Solve technical issues during construction.

Quality Control

• Ensure proper quality of materials such as cement, sand, bricks, and steel.

• Conduct site inspections and tests.

• Maintain construction standards according to BNBC and engineering codes.

Project Coordination with

• Architects

• Structural engineers

• Regulatory Authorities

• Contractors

• Suppliers

• Site Labor

Cost Control

• Prepare progress reports and cost reports regularly.

• Help to reduce unnecessary material waste.

Documentation

• Maintain records of:

  • Daily work progress

  • Materials used

  • Labor attendance

  • Site instructions

• Prepare project reports and handover documents.
