∎ Diploma/Honors in Civil Engineering from well reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze various design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications
∎ Research, design, evaluate, install, operate and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet the requirements.
∎ Specify system components or direct modification of products to be procured to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
∎ Supervise technicians in completing the necessary repair and maintenance works which also includes completing the Annual Evaluation for these employees
∎ Estimate costs and submit proposals for engineering and construction works as per requirement.
∎ Enquiry and analyze the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment and systems
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations for improvement
∎ Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications
∎ Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. As well as controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
∎ liaising with various vendors as and when required. Communicates and gains team commitment to a vision, able to motivate staff and provide direction and vision
∎ Maintain Petty cash and conveyance bill for Repair and Maintenance team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must be hardworking and energetic
∎ Good customer orientation and able to work under pressure
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS Word & MS Excel
