Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from any reputed institution.
∎ Must be major or equivalent ranked retired person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Security Service, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets as well as owner assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
∎ To identify external & internal security threats & plan out strategies to minimize the threat.
∎ Ensure proper management of incoming & outgoing good's challan, gate pass & registers.
∎ Introduce, implement and monitor visitor and dispatch management system.
∎ To ensure 24 hours CCTV surveillance inside and outside of factories, head office premises as well as owner premises.
∎ To prepare SOP/ Security manual of the security department as required
∎ Support for development and implementation of Group security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures.
∎ To coordinate, liaison and build good relationship with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve unwanted issues.
∎ Ensure compliance standards as well documents as per C-TPAT requirements.
∎ To train the newly hired security personnel and develop the security awareness among all Security personnel of the group.
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard, security supervisor and Security In charges at different factories, godowns, head office as well as owner premises.
∎ Ensure continuous patrolling to the security spots and around the factories, godowns, head office premises as well as owner premises day & night.
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
∎ Responsible for the activities of security personnel of factories, godowns, Head office as well as owner premises.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be dynamic & proactive.
∎ Having leadership skill.
∎ Must be a good team worker.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
