• Age 40 to 55 years

• Have sound knowledge and experience to plan, form and lead a brokerage house

• Have adequate client base including corporate clients to develop corporate marketing

• MBA/M. Com/Post-Graduation in any discipline

• Well conversant with the securities related Laws, Acts, Rules, Regulations and Directives

• Minimum 10 years practical experiences in the Capital Market Intermediary

• Age not exceeding 55 years

• The candidate must have leadership, analytical and effective decision-making skill to promote and adopt Capital Market Intermediary Planning and Process, and other Securities management services

• Able to develop capital market intermediary related marketing and legal compliances to become leader in marketplace

• Prepare business plan, collecting client from domestic and abroad, excellent analytical ability in capital market, financial market operation and knowledge

• Making effective plan and ensure execution to reach the Company target in short period

• Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments
