Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assuming primary responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of the company's operational function;
∎ Working closely with the CEO to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans established by the Board of Directors and executive management of the Company;
∎ Supervising all activities related to Human Resource Management, Administration, IT and Procurement departments;
∎ Translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting and annual operation planning; and
∎ Ensuring effective recruitment, professional development, performance management, and retention.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive understanding in overall operations of Banking/Financial Institutions;
∎ Ability to work independently;
∎ Excellent oral and written professional proficiency in English; and
∎ Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.
