Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization`s ongoing operations and lead growth in E-commerce sector.
∎ The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and managing teams across E-commerce sales, Online marketing, and strategy.
∎ We expect you to be an experienced and efficient with excellent E-commerce related skills, business acumen and an exemplary work ethic.
∎ The mission of the COO is to provide leadership and expertise, improve effectiveness and efficiency, aggressively pursuing growth in our E-commerce sector.
∎ Job Location: Baridhara, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating Dealers, Distributors, sales partners, local market retailers to establish target achieving methodology for E-commerce sector.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day E-commerce operations of the Company.
∎ Oversee the performance process of E-commerce sector.
∎ Assist the CEO to develop and oversee the long termE-commerce business strategies of the Company.
∎ Develop, in collaboration with the CEO, annual, quarterly, and monthly E-commerce operating plans that support immediate and long term growth in E-commerce sector. Set and execute against comprehensive E-commerce goals for performance and growth.
∎ Introduce, monitor, and enforces processes and practices to improve efficiency in all areas of E-commerce operations.
∎ Communicate regularly and effectively and manage relationships with all, including management, employees, vendors, partners, and clients.
∎ Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and customer focus, and encourage individual integrity through leadership by example.
∎ Access and manage the principal risks to the Company's E-commerce business.
∎ Evaluate the performance of all E-commerce executives of the Corporation reporting to the CEO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 Years experience in reputed E-Commerce company as a COO
∎ An E-Commerce professional from any reputed E-Commerce company.
∎ The applicants must have knowledge in E-commerce, Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Strong working knowledge of computer applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Photoshop etc.)
∎ Can-Do attitude with the fighting spirit to take on established competitors
∎ Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or other top team roles in E-commerce sector
∎ Multinational company background with proven success record in previous roles will be an advantage
∎ Understanding of business functions such as Marketing, Finance etc.
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities in E-commerce

Salary:
∎ Attractive Salary may be offered to exceptionally deserving candidates (it`s around 6 digits).
