Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be the strategic and operational leader, responsible for ensuring *Cityscape Lifestyle Limited achieves, it mission and vision.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the COO will oversee ***membership growth, branding, and operational excellence across all verticals:
Membership Programs & Branding – driving sales of Privilege, Avenue Elite, Magna, Century, Corporate, and Foreign memberships.
Hospitality & F\&B – ensuring the *Cave Bar, Presidential Lounge, fine-dining, sports lounge, and other outlets* are the number one choice in Bangladesh.
Wellness & Lifestyle – positioning the Gym, Spa, Nirvana Wellness, and Sports Lounge as industry benchmarks. Luxury Living* – delivering world-class service in premium suites, members’ lounges, and curated experiences.
The COO must combine strong strategic vision, commercial acumen, operational discipline, and inspirational leadership to elevate Cityscape Lifestyle Limited as the first choice for premium members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Drive alignment of all operations with Cityscape’s mission of premium lifestyle excellence.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve 10,000+ memberships within target timelines.
Ensure a consistent brand identity across all floors, outlets, and services.
Collaborate with the MD on investment strategies, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
2. Membership Growth & Branding
Lead membership sales campaigns across multiple tiers (Avenue Elite, Magna, Century, Corporate, Foreign).
Ensure branding consistency in all marketing, events, and member experiences.
Forge strong networks with embassies, corporations, entrepreneurs, and expatriate communities to expand member base.
Implement CRM and loyalty systems to track and grow member engagement.
3. Operational Excellence (F\&B, Wellness, Suites, Lounges)
Oversee day-to-day operations of all F\&B outlets (bars, lounges, restaurants) ensuring world-class service and profitability.
Implement SOPs and KPIs across Gym, Spa, Nirvana Wellness, and Corporate Lounges.
Supervise design and service standards of premium suites and hospitality floors.
Benchmark all services against leading global luxury clubs.
4. Financial & Commercial Accountability
Drive P\&L ownership of all operational departments.
Monitor ROI from memberships, F\&B, events, and wellness services.
Ensure strict compliance with budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets.
Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
5. Team Leadership & Culture
Build and manage a high-performance team of department heads across F\&B, Membership, Marketing, Wellness, and Suites.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and ownership.
Ensure staff training and development aligned with global hospitality standards.
Promote the brand ethos of honesty, proactivity, and premium service delivery.
