Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS, MPH/Higher degree in hospital management is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Balancing the duties of a physician with that of an administrator.
∎ Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.
∎ Being responsible for the performance of physicians under your supervision.
∎ Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
∎ Keeping staff updated on new healthcare regulations.
∎ Finding ways to improve clinical services.
∎ Liaising between the administration and medical staff.
∎ Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors.
∎ Recruiting and mentoring physicians.
∎ Developing and managing a hospital budget.
∎ Maintain of records of the diseases, Notification of awareness and motivation, vaccination etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 55 years
∎ Ambitious, Dedicated, Hard Working
∎ Development Experiences particularly on Medical.
∎ Willing to take challanges of work pressure & development deadline.
∎ To perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.
