Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible of whole Accounts and Finance requirements of the group of companies.
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends report.
∎ Designing Business Plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎ Meeting Official Account, Costing & statutory Auditing requirements including internal audit by implementing functional systems.
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Follow up existing bank interest / service charges etc as per sanction letter.
∎ Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures, implement the internal control procedures.
∎ Required Vast Knowledge of Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law and advising on TAX & VAT planning.
∎ Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of processes that assist in enhancing short range and long range financial stability.
∎ Serve as a resource for members of Senior Management, counseling them on matters of strategy, fiscal control, federal regulatory compliance, budgeting and business plan including cost allocation.
∎ Serve as primary contact with External and Internal Auditors and coordinate all financial matters with the board.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years

∎ Knowledge of Accounting Software & other Software.
∎ Well conversant in English.
