Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
∎ Professional Certification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA) would be preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible, monitor, and guide concerned staff to complete overall financial activities (financial strategy & planning, Developing SOP, funded/non-funded tasks, reporting and analysis, currency risk management, treasury functions) as per company principles, Acts, Laws and regulations of the Group and its Affiliates.
∎ To responsible, monitor, and guide overall accounting activities (Invoice, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchase Order, General Ledger, inventory, payroll, bank, Insurance, cash, general accounts, C&F, shipping & Logistics) and supervise, guide to staff to complete statutory Audit of the Group and its Affiliates.
∎ Responsible and guidance to staff on VAT, Tax & Customs for overall monitoring, coordination, and due diligence of VAT, Tax & Customs related activities of the Group and its Affiliates for implementation, compliance, and planning on Tax, VAT & Customs act.
∎ Responsible for all types of company Secretarial tasks like arranging board meetings, audit Committee meetings, preparing & circulate meeting minutes & sharing information with the concerned department regarding decisions of the board members of the Group and its Affiliates.
∎ Responsibility for monitoring, and guiding overall compliance activities (certifications, registrations, licenses, enlistment, tender eligibility research & validation, agreement vetting, return submissions) by ensuring duly documentation, due diligence by the concerned person with proper guidelines as per principle, Acts, Laws and regulations of the Group and its Affiliates.
∎ Comply and Dealings with external regulators & stakeholders’ requirements for business affairs like Bank, Insurance, Finance Institutions, NBR, DSE/CSE/BSEC, BIDA, BHITPA, CCIE, RJSC, DPDT, Corporate Houses, Local and International Suppliers and others Delegates.
∎ Coordinate with commercial, Supply Chain Management for LC/TT/CAD open and review, banking communication and rate negotiation, LC Amendments/Extension, loan payment and discrepancy resolution of the Group and its Affiliates.
∎ Responsibility for guiding and implementing cost control on overall Raw materials Costing, Product Cost/pricing & proposed MRP, the CPV (Cost, Volume & Profit) analysis, Product Performance, Project Performance, Budget variance, Project Feasibility, Business Forecast & various Business analysis of the Group and its Affiliates.
∎ Responsibility to guide credit Monitoring staff on sales and purchases for and guide to implement credit policies in favour of the company.
∎ Any other job/responsibility as instructed by H’ble Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership qualities to supervise lead and guide the team.
∎ Solid experience in Finance, Accounts & Audit.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and internal control system, etc.
∎ Should have competency with ERP software-based accounting systems.
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple concerns simultaneously.
