Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with CEO to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting
∎ Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
∎ Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiative
∎ Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
∎ Oversee HR operations by coordinating with external service providers (ex: payroll, benefits, recruitment) and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR.
∎ Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of company.
∎ Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
∎ Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Maintaining Banking Facilities with Lien Banks, taking initiatives for arranging funds, balancing between Short Term & Long Term Assets and Liabilities, Ensuring & organizing Debt servicing within deadline.
