Educational Requirements:
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from any of the Big Four Accounting Firms (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC) or renowned chartered accountancy firm in Bangladesh).
∎ Hold a Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Business studies/Finance & Banking /Management)
∎ FCA is Mandatory

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for optimizing the financial performance of the company including its reporting, liquidity and Return on Investment;
∎ Provide insightful information to the management for investment and financial decision making;
∎ Formulating and recommending long-term business and financial planning;
∎ Ensure overall financial and budgetary discipline in the organization;
∎ Responsible to plan and implement proper accounting strategies in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks;
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance such as VAT, TAX, RJSC, BIDA, Labor authority, Bangladesh Bank etc. in the organization
∎ Oversee daily operations of finance and accounts department including but not limited to keeping records of revenues, expenses, fund, general ledger, payable/receivable etc.
∎ Analyzing reports to check the company’s financial health, and explaining the key findings to management with proposal to maintain financial health of the company.
∎ Ensure monthly, periodic and year-end financial statements and management accounts of the company.
∎ Liaise with banks and financial institutions for cost effective working capital management and worthful capital investment.
∎ Ensure Company's Banking operations safe, properly executed, monitored and reconciled;
∎ Ensure transparency in costing related matters to identify the real profit and improve processes;
∎ Establishing and developing good relationships with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
∎ Maximize enthusiasm and friendly work environment in the organization.
∎ Any other business assigned by the management of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Inter-personal Skill.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer and business communication
∎ Sound knowledge of taxation Financial Management, MIS Development.
∎ Very strong approach to systems and processes.
