Job Context:
∎ It is a leading export oriented Group of Company in Bangladesh producing a wide range of export oriented garments backward linage other units to meet the demand of global brands.
∎ The position is accountable for growth & control of the entire group by effectively managing Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, VAT & Taxation, Budgeting and Internal Controls in terms of Accounts & Financial operations smoothly.
∎ Requested to apply the candidates who are actually confident and skilled in the described area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have vast knowledge and experiences on VAT & Taxation. He will be solely responsible to accomplish all the activities related with VAT & TAX.
∎ Conducting financial analysis, studying feasibility, forecasting, budgeting and controlling to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Corresponding and independently working with banking, non-banking financial institutions and liaising for local and foreign financing.
∎ Designing, implementing, controlling and supervising all types of finance, accounts & costing matters complaining regulatory policies-procedures, preparing & up-dating various reports, profit margin report, bank reconciliation for the management and BODs.
∎ Carry out all financial activities as per Securities Rules/Regulations/Directives and related issues on money market and capital market operations.
∎ Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
∎ Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
∎ Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for accounts and finance section.
∎ Focus on cost saving, efficiency programs, profitability and Investment Analysis.
∎ Ensure the settlement of all financial matter as per laws/rules of taxation, VAT and applicable accounting and auditing standards including the Companies Act, 1994.
∎ Examine and ensure that all financial matters of the company are in compliance with the Bangladesh and International Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards etc.
∎ Carry out company matter jobs with RJSC & other Govt. Agencies.
∎ Develop plans and provide visionary guidelines for short/ long term actions for strategic, financial and operational activities to meet the corporate objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to professional Degree/Certification like ACA/FCA/ACMA/FCMA
∎ In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels.
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise.
∎ Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials and Management/ BODs.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in English language and a familiarity with the particular country environment as if effects development strategies.
∎ Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
