Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation or equivalent Degree.
∎ Any Degree in Automobile Engineering will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Transport Management, Transport Operation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper distribution of vehicles as per requirement.
∎ Implementing vehicle policies and procedures.
∎ Monitoring vehicles cost and others expenses according to the budget.
∎ Preparing, presenting and following up the monthly budget and Fuel Analysis Report.
∎ Following up the maintenance of different vehicle registers and documents.
∎ Ensuring that the company owned vehicle's papers such as insurance, tax token and fitness are up to date.
∎ Hiring, directing and supervising hired/rented vehicles for company use.
∎ Preparing drivers duty schedule and overtime sheet according to the logbook.
∎ Checking logbook and trip sheet on regular basis.
∎ Making sure that the vehicles each trip is well safe and secured by following appropriate safety measures such as ensuring the door, knob & lock system, using container bolt seal, taking pictorial evidences etc.
∎ Maintaining a database of each Driver & Helper's personal information such as driving license, NID number, Mobile number, relative's phone number etc.
∎ Inspecting and arranging repairs and routine maintenance of the vehicles.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of transport vehicles, costs and benefits.
∎ Numerical ability.
∎ Knowledge of basic car maintenance.
∎ Analytical thinking skills.
∎ Ability to work with drivers and helpers.
∎ Handling crisis moment.
∎ Complex problem-solving skills.
∎ Good attention to detail.
∎ Flexibility in nature.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills.
