Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ The candidate must have FCA/FCMA/CFA and MBA/Master Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/ Banking/Bank Management with no third division in any academic examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Monthly and Annual budget.
∎ Prepare Quarterly Forecast for manufacturing operations.
∎ Prepare weekly budget and comparison with actual Performance.
∎ Analyze operational variances for Actual and Budgeted production and take measures to achieve optimum profit.
∎ Prepare monthly P/L Accounts and MIS report.
∎ Ensure overall fund management for the company.
∎ Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures.
∎ Maintain and monitor cash and bank balances and cash and bank forecasts.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are properly accounted for.
∎ Coordinate with commercial and merchandising departments for on-time document submission to ensure fund management.
∎ Follow up all types of Import L/C opening activities and payment.
∎ Ensure foreign currency rate negotiation with the scheduled banks.
∎ Provide required financial data analysis for business development.
∎ Prepare and supervise Audited Financial Statement Reporting.
∎ Prepare tax accounts annually and follow up with NBR.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records, in respect of Taxation and VAT related issues.
∎ Prepare and analyze the cost of products.
∎ Organize company policy and strategy on growth process.
∎ Monitor and ensure overall organizational cost minimization and profit maximization.
∎ Any other task given by management.
