Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Chartered Accountant/FCMA is highly preferable.
∎ Advanced degree in MBA in Finance or related field.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Project proposal writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Finance, Finance and Banking, Financial Analysis, Non Banking Financial Institution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly and annual budget.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash.
∎ Prepare year-end financial statement and complete audit on time.
∎ Monitoring all statutory deductions like VAT, AIT, TDS & on time submission of return.
∎ - Required Soft Skills:
∎ A strong business acumen and financial understanding.
∎ The ability to create relationships across the organization and team commitment.
∎ Excellent analytical skills, strong decision support and interpersonal skills.
∎ Manage to deliver under tight deadlines and to hold people accountable.
∎ Pro-activeness towards continuous improvement with a "can do" mentality.
∎ Managing all regulatory affairs with BIDA, RJSC, NBR, CUSTOMS, AIT & VAT authority.
∎ Engage with foreign investors for project financing.
∎ Networking with local financial institutions for project financing for the company.
∎ Maintain liaison with all banks management for smooth fund management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ At least 15 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Minimum 3 years as a leading role in finance in a mid-size growing company.
∎ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting Software.
∎ Experience in project financing.
∎ Experience in working with foreign investors.
∎ Experience in working with foreign management head.
Salary: Negotiable
