∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking
∎ Must have Post Graduate in Finance & Accounting with CA-CC,
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA)/Cost Management Accountant.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, ERP, Tally Software

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Importer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and make recommendations on organization internal reporting in order to best respond to the needs of key Management.
∎ To review the institution's financial conditions, financial position and recommend viable alternatives for establish credibility of accounts and finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial service to the entire company.
∎ Manage timely completion of month-end financial close.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Develop the finance team to be able to apply and execute financial policy and accounting procedure manual.
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements
∎ Calculation of corporate income Tax, monthly provisioning and quarterly payments, annual Tax returns.
∎ Compliance with income Tax and VAT regulations.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Handling company & personal Tax & VAT planning.
∎ To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Advise the top management about overall financial position of all concerns of the Group.
∎ Preparation, analysis and interpreting of financial statement of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Post Graduate in Finance & Accounting with CA-CC,
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA)/Cost Management Accountant.
