∎ Job Location - Gulshan, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Ensure proper controls are in place and monitor compliance with the Accounting Procedures, Company Policies and Financial reporting process.
∎ 2. Prepare group finance strategic plan & implement that plan.
∎ 3. Oversees fund investments and collaborates with investment bankers to seek extra funding for development.
∎ 4. Independently lead and manage the Finance Associates to ensure daily accounting work.
∎ 5. Processing disbursements are performed in an efficient manner.
∎ 6. Provide Cost and Benefits Analysis for decision making.
∎ 7. Highly developed analytical skills with ability to review complex data and make appropriate decisions with high degree of accuracy.
∎ 8. Providing financial and accounting team leadership, guidance, and management.
∎ 9. Managing the financial planning and budgeting procedures, as well as managing the creation of all financial reporting.
∎ 10. Understand taxation policy and lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.
∎ 11. Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain
∎ 12. Designing, implementing, controlling, and supervising all types of finance, accounts & costing matters complaining regulatory policies-procedures, preparing up-dated MIS various reports, profit margin report, bank reconciliation for the management and BODs.
∎ 13. Prepare, Co-ordinate and review annual budgets and its timely submissions.
∎ 14. Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
∎ 15. Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
∎ 16. Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for accounts and finance section.
