∎ Experience : At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounts, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role (DGM/GM) in a healthcare or related industry. Previous experience as a CFO or Head of Finance & Accounts in a listed company is highly preferred.
∎ Skills : Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance specific to the healthcare industry. Expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational finance.

∎ Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial performance against objectives and provide actionable insights to enhance financial outcomes.
∎ Risk & Compliance Management : Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regula- tions, financial standards, and corporate governance practices.
∎ Operational Finance : Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial records, implementing best practices in financial management.
∎ Cash Flow & Capital Management : Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability. Evaluate and pursue investment opportunities to support hospital growth and development.
∎ Team Development : Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Ensure the team is well-equipped to meet the hospital's financial needs.
