Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing the company’s financial strategy to meet its goals and objectives.
∎ Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
∎ Managing financial risks, such as currency fluctuations or market volatility, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Optimizing the company’s capital structure, including managing debt and equity.
∎ Managing cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.
∎ Overseeing the accounting function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
∎ Evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions, as well as managing the financial aspects of these transactions.
∎ Communicating with investors, analysts, and the financial community to build and maintain positive relationships.
∎ Collaborating with the CEO and senior management on overall business strategy and decision-making.
∎ Implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial fraud.
∎ Managing and developing the finance and accounting team.
∎ Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
∎ Allocating resources and investments to maximize shareholder value.
∎ Ensuring the company operates within ethical and legal boundaries.
∎ Play a critical role in shaping a company’s financial health and strategic direction.

∎ Familiarity with the garment and textile industry in which the company operates is preferred.

∎ Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

∎ Strong leadership and management skills to oversee the finance team and collaborate with other departments.
