∎ Honors/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any Public University. CA/ CMA intermediate level will be an added advantage. People with CA/ ACCA/ FCA/ ACMA/ FCMA are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Accountancy, FCA, ACCA
∎ Skills Required: ACA/ ACMA, Accounting Software, CA inter
∎ American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Budgetary Control, Business Analysis, Business Planning and Budgeting, Cost & Management Accounting
Job Context:
∎ Work Station: Kunabari,Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing overall guidance and oversight to Financial Management of the entire Group;
∎ Providing leadership, direction, and management of the Finance and Accounting team;
∎ Coordinating with Chairman and Director for financial management, reporting, and decision making.
∎ Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line of regulations.
∎ Preparing strategic financial management plan;
∎ Cost benefits analysis of each activity in business processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum cost;
∎ Reviewing and monitoring financial compliance, carry out financial audits;
∎ Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the tax liabilities;
∎ Designing business plan/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity;
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures, implement the internal control procedures;
∎ Ensure monthly reconciliation of Receivables, payables, advances and inventory etc.
∎ Follow up existing bank interest/service charges etc as per sanction letter;
∎ Product costing and pricing decision;
∎ Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile;
∎ Cost benefits analysis of each activity in business processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum cost;
∎ Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed to the management.
