• Must be fulfill all the requirement as per IDRA CEO recruitment rules

• We are looking for a marketing professional who will be responsible as Head of marketing & sales and who has practical experiences in marketing & sales and willing to achieve sales target

• Preference will be given specially to the head of sales of any life insurance company

• Lead the working team of Agency Offices, Branch Offices, Service Centers and Divisional Offices

• Be able to manage and inspire the team members so as to achieve team’s sales targets

• Achieve sales target in the life insurance business.

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of Branches and Divisional Offices

• Maintaining relationship with all potential marketing officers

• Analysis of customer research, current market trends

• Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints

• Participating in sales team meetings

• Any other task assigned by Management
