Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ The candidates must have sound knowledge and skill in IT.
∎ The candidates have education backdown on medicine will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out skill development activities as agreed in the business plan between KWT & SDCMU, SEIP;
∎ Supervise and guide coordinators and other PIU staff;
∎ Ensure that key staff of PIU, SEIP-KWT are productive in terms of service delivery;
∎ Make safe training arrangements and achieve enrolment, quality training completion, and job placement targets;
∎ Ensure proper use of course curricula/ standards and relevant learning materials, and other logistics for quality of training program, assessment, and certification;
∎ Look after the arrangement of the physical facilities, required clinical placements, and practicum for the trainees;
∎ Keep liaise with SDCMU-SEIP for timely receiving of the grants;
∎ Make expenditure with due diligence;
∎ Visit the training venue regularly and ensure the training implementation as per the business plan;
∎ Apprise Project Standing Committee (PSC) about the progress of training programs;
∎ Report SDCMU regularly on course-wise progress of the training program, financial status, and operation of PIU;
∎ Facilitate external auditing, physical verifications, and submission of periodical reports on financial issues, training, and job placements;
∎ Maintain liaison with BNMC, BTEB, hospitals, medical colleges, nursing institute, and other relevant external stakeholders;
∎ Arrange and facilitate periodic monitoring visits by BNMC, BTEB, NSDA, Informal Sector Skills Councils as and when required;
∎ Arrange and facilitate final exams of the Specialized Nursing courses to be conducted by BNMC;
∎ Act as the custodian of the properties and documents kept in the PIU of KWT-SEIP;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the SDCMU and the Project Standing Committee of KWT-SEIP
