Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA)
∎ Master in Information Science and Library Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Library budgets and resources
∎ Develop and update library inventory
∎ Develop library and information system to support the faculties and the students following library policies and procedures
∎ Maintain book and other circulation system (Issue and Return)
∎ Do bibliographic checks and searches'
∎ Manage e-Resource related to the library
∎ Maintain news clipping service
∎ Conduct shelving and filing of library materials, including audio-visual materials
∎ Provide user services, including addressing inquiries and document delivery
∎ Explore and implement new information management techniques
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 Years Experience in Library Management.
