Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate job placement support service to ensure at least 60% job placement of the trainees and retention in jobs for at least three months;
∎ Prepare a database of prospective national and international job providers where the certified trainees can be employed;
∎ Develop dynamic linkages with the Human Resource Department Personnel of the Hospitals, nursing institutes and identify job vacancies;
∎ Develop dynamic linkages with various nursing homes, geriatric care homes, old homes, and agencies providing caregivers to individual households
∎ Disseminate training outcomes or skill levels of certified trainees to the prospective employers where trainees can be employed;
∎ Prepare and update the database of the certified trainees with their credentials on the website of the KWT, and share the list with the SDCMU for uploading on the website of the SDCMU;
∎ Prepare trainees for interviews;
∎ Prepare job placement documents as per project requirement;
∎ Visit training venue to verify job placement related parameters as per the SEIP guideline
∎ Prepare and maintain the database of the job-placed trainees and assist tracking based on the trainee tracking software provided;
∎ Maintain and closely monitor the data on job placement including wages/ remuneration and other related information. Update information on any changes in wages/remuneration of those getting jobs;
∎ Manage, coordinate and accomplish all procurement and contractual aspects of project-related goods, equipment, furniture following the government/ SEIP/ ADB procurement guidelines as applicable;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator.
∎ Review the procurement documents from OFFICER - ADMIN & PROCUREMENT, and provide necessary guidance with assisting him/her in dealing with claims, bid challenges and litigations relating to contracts and procurement
∎ Validate and check the information provided by DATA ENTRY OPERATOR in the TMS
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Master in any discipline with 07 years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 12 years of working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Preferably 5 years of experience of working in procurement-related activities in the field of public procurement.
∎ Visit at Dhaka, Narayanganj and various offices for the fulfillment of job requirement in mandatory.

∎ Business : Kumudini Pharma is a concern of Kumudini Welfare Trust of Bengal (BD) Limited. Kumudini Welfare Trust was founded by R P Shaha in June 1947. He was born poor, became very wealthy through his business ventures only to give away all his wealth voluntarily. Between 1938 and 1944 R P Shaha had set up a free dispensary, a 750-bed free hospital named Kumudini Hospital. He established Bharateswari Homes, Kumudini Girls’ College and Debendra College. In 1944 he donated an amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- to the British Red Cross. R P Shaha and his only son were abducted by the Pakistan Army and their collaborators in 1971. They never returned. Along with the hospital, the Trust now runs a Women’s Medical College, a Nursing School and a Nursing College. Funds required for running the welfare activities are obtained from the income generating units of the Trust like jute press and warehouse, garments industry, pharmaceuticals, river transportation, handicrafts etc.
